That’s why we’ve worked hard to develop a variety of flexible scheduling options to suit busy lifestyles.

Choose full-time or part-time programs, with intensive day, evening, nighttime, or weekend schedules. Complete the full-time course work in three months or the part-time work in six months. Our New York location also offers a summer schedule option. Obtain your fitness instructor certification and start building your future at one of our two convenient locations.
